Anne Meier
Lawyer / Ph.D.
Born in Switzerland, Anne Meier has studied law at the University of Geneva. After being admitted to the bar, she wrote her Ph.D. dissertation, in French, under the supervision of Professor Gabriel Aubert. The subject of her work was the hiring contracts of musicians and it enabled Ms Meier to study the scope of personal service contracts in Swiss and American law. She was a visitng scholar at Harvard Law School in 2010 and at Columbia Law School in 2012-2013. She now works as a lawyer in a boutique law firm in Geneva whose specialty is employment law, labour law, social security law and pensions. She actively pursues her academic research in these fields.
