Publishing for practice

Publishing works

The «publishing works» include all those works that are designed to be published in several editions. This programme segment includes textbooks, manuals, short, practical and large commentaries, monographs, systematic presentations and - last but not least - our popular series «in a nutshell».

If you are interested in realising such a publication project with Dike Verlag, Elisabeth Tribaldos +41 44 251 58 33 , Programme Manager, will be happy to advise you on conceptual, content and contractual issues.

Scientific publishing

Habilitations, dissertations, publication series, monographs, yearbooks and conference proceedings

If it concerns the publication of your habilitation, dissertation, a yearbook or conference proceedings, our production manager, Caroline Mendelin +41 44 251 58 32 , will be happy to advise you on the procedure, our requirements and inform you about our services and conditions.

Our model for scientific publishing has a modular structure, so that we can submit you a tailor-made offer (with or without book, with or without Open Access).

Our series are open to you as a publication vessel. The publishers of these series decide on the admission. We are also happy to publish your work outside a series as individual titles.

If your university has a deadline for the submission of your dissertation, contact us early enough. The production process from the submission of your manuscript to the deposit copy takes at least 3 months.

We include dissertations in our publishing program that have been graded at least 5 or "magna cum laude". If your work does not achieve this mark, we will be happy to produce a book for you without any book trade information.
